Our role is to represent the Client's best interests – acting asa catalyst to expedite, monitor and control all projectactivities in an effcient manner.

Our aim is to complete and handover the project(s) 'withinbudget and on time'. Our involvement normally begins atthe very early stages, and follows through completion andhandover to the end users.

CPC provides complete projectmanagement including:

• Health and Safety
• Value Engineering
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We ensure full control of these elements for successfulprojects.

In addition, our claims experience give us a clearunderstanding of what could go wrong on a constructionproject. We use this knowledge to identify potentialproblems before they develop into real ones, and we takepreventive action through strategic planning andmonitoring process.

Certain clients-particularly those with a one-off constructionrequirement often lack the necessary technical expertise tooversee their in-house consturction projects; for example, ahospital or a school. There is also no strategic need to buildthis in-house, as construction is not a core competence (as itwould be to a developer). CPC steps in to fill this vacuumlooking after the owners' interest.
