Calgary Project Consultants (CPC) specializes in Quantity Surveying, Claims, Contract Administration, Litigation Support Services, Projects Management and Value Engineering etc. Capitalizing on more than 30 years of our international experience in the construction industry, our Canadian operation was launched in the year 2001. Shortly after, we started providing our services in the United Arab Emirates in the year 2007. CPC draws its strength from years of hands-on experience and total commitment to successful project delivery.

CPC performs its duties by combining the functions of Chartered QS, an Economist, as Estimator and takes pride in keeping up with integrity, ethics and a high level of professional approach.

Our Founder
Our founder, Mr. Khursheed Saiyed was born in India in the year 1944. He studied Electrical Engineering and graduated in the year 1966. Initially he worked in India in Govt and private sectors and later moved to UAE. After gaining good experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management; he moved to Calgary, Canada in the year 1988 and worked with Hanscomb for almost 13 years and later headed Value Engineering department of Flour Canada Ltd. Simultaneously he began his business life in 2001 when he setup a cost consultancy in Calgary. In 2004 he relocated to UAE and after setting up a free zone company Calgary Consulting Bureau, he eventually launched Calgary Project Consultants in the year 2008. He retired in the year April 2020 and moved back to India where he passed away peacefully at his home on March 13,2021.
His charisma, energy and optimism won him the confidence and support of many. His honesty and integrity shall motivate entire CPC family for ever.

Manish Gupta
Manish has over 25 years of professional experience related to QS and Commercial Management. He has been engaged in execution of significant multidisciplinary construction projects (viz. Mixed use, Hotels, High rise, Power Plants and Oil and Gas). A keen contracts administrator and team player, Manish has a track record of successfully providing commercial & contracts management support in managing large developments and fast track projects during pre-construction, construction and post construction stages for many multinational as well as international Clients.
